Inspired by his partner’s Japanese family, owner Adam Wright wanted to create a venue that reflected their Australian and Japanese heritage through beautiful food, great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. With lots of natural light, Kissaten Alphington provides a newly renovated bright cafe inside, and the large courtyard with a Japanese themed garden is both perfect for sunny days and provides a great, dog friendly, undercover heated space for cooler Melbourne weather.
